We all know that motherhood can be the most demanding job with no holiday over the weekends. So here I was stressed, no help as my Nanny had gone back to India for a few weeks, little did I know how much I was used to her. But I know I had to take charge of daily routines, bath timings and schedules.

Thinking about the past I was wondering will I ever be able to have a getaway?Usually me and the husband used to do monthly trips to hotels just to take a break from the hustle and bustle of this busy life and to spend time with each other, but after the baby was born this never crossed our minds as we were too busy in our own lives.

So I woke up one morning, took charge and emailed the Fairmont Ajman team , asking to book a standard deluxe room that was priced at 730 AED per night, and requested them if it was possible to upgrade to a room higher than this , So we had a thread of emails and we decided to book our stay for 2 nights using the Entertainer.

The Fairmont Ajman is located at the heart of the gulf waters and is around 40- 45 mins drive from Dubai with no traffic, There are a stretch of other famous hotels around starting from Ajman Saray , to Kempinksi and Ajman Palace. A little further down the hotel is the corniche where you will find a stretch of restaurants across .

So when we arrived ,little did I know I was in for a surprise and it was a sweet little one , They had upgraded us to a 1 bedroom suite , which you will see below in the pictures, who would have thought that they would be so kind.

The room view outside was just so breathtaking , It was overlooking the beachfront and the waves of the ocean were so soothing .Their rooms itself are so modern with flat-screen TVs, a seperate living room and a huge balcony in each room.

They have 8 restaurants and bars, with options including open-air dining and Italian cuisine, which we did not try out as we were more into relaxing and chilling and who would want to leave the suite life to step outside?

The hospitality was amazing with polite and energetic staff always wanting to help.

I would highly recommend this place if your looking forward to be by the pool , chilling , relaxing or unwinding you will come back refreshed and with a positive energy.
